TERMS
Rates are per person for entire stay package, based on 2 adults per room and include meals, (FAP for adults, FAP for children), lodging, use of all facilities, sports, equipment, instruction, cocktail parties, day camp program and evening entertainment. Single Parent: 1st child at 80% of adult rate, then child rate applies. Infants: (under 4) no charge. 3rd Adult in room at 50% adult rate. Service charge & taxes applied to all rates. Rates subject to change without notice.
Rates: Quoted per person (Double Occupancy) Adults on Modified American Plan except where Full American Plan noted during midweek, non-holiday periods. Children under 12 always get three meals daily plus milk and cookie snacks with counselors. Coffee, tea and cake always available free in Main Lobby area. No charge for children under four.
Bill Payment: Due upon registration / arrival. Payment accepted in cash, money order, travelers check or major credit card. No personal checks, please. All rates subject to 15% service charge and tax.
Deposit: $75 per person. Use credit card for immediate confirmation by phone, or check by mail. Entirely refundable with three weeks notice. Deposit is held as a guarantee and is forfeited on late arrivals or early departures. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.
Check In: Arrive any time from midday and enjoy most available facilities. Rooms generally ready by 4pm (often earlier, and we'll page you). dinner served until 9pm to accommodate late arrivals, followed by evening activities and entertainment.
